What’s Involved – 8 Week Core Program

• chat with our Operations Manager, Cameron Wilson to see if the program suits your needs

• attend three group exercise classes weekly for a minimum of 8 weeks - cardio tennis, yoga, gym circuit, walking

• mood and fitness assessments at the beginning and end of your program

• support from the trainers and a program coach to help keep you on track

• social membership and casual class attendance beyond your time in the program
