Our Classes

Cardio Tennis

An exercise session rather than a tennis class, though it does involve racquets and balls (see our video). Classes are done to music and require no previous tennis experience. All of our classes outdoors.

Yoga

Incorporates mindful breathing, stretching and strength poses to improve flexibility and bodily alignment. Hugely beneficial for mental health, yoga translates roughly as "union" - of body, mind and spirit. Classes indoors, occasionally outdoors.

Circuit Fitness

Features a combination of cardio and strength based exercises - utilises body-weight, hand-weights, medicine balls, stretch mats, stretch bands etc. Classes indoors, occasionally outdoors.

Walking

This is a social group as much as an exercise session, family and friends are welcome.
