Activities: Body Circuit, Yoga, Pickle Ball
You will participate in 4 x 2.5-hour sessions run weekly over 4 weeks. Each of these sessions starts with learning the skills to motivate yourself to exercise, followed immediately by an exercise class. Class types vary depending on the program.
