Why We Exist

Exercise has been shown to be an effective treatment for anxiety and depression, yet is still under prescribed. Mood Active aims to help change this! We are a non-profit association that runs 8-week exercise programs for people diagnosed with depression and/or anxiety. We also have a social exercise group option for those who are unable to commit to the 8 weeks. Watch our video to find out more, and hear from our participants.
